Refund policy
At Jolandi all sales are final. We do not accept returns , exchanges ,or refunds for any reason , including change of mind or incorrect selection.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or defective , please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at giadasere@jolandi.uk with your order number and clear photos /video of the issue and packaging.
In compliance with platform requirements, defective or damaged item can be returned within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to change of mind or incorrect order.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
A return of the damaged /defective item is required . We will provide return instruction , unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The item must be returned in the original packaging ( or equivalent protective packaging).
If the damaged item is not returned within 7 days of approval , the claim may be rejected and the replacement cancelled.
Costom/personalized products
Item made to order or personalized ( e.g. custom skin with uploaded images) remain non-returnable and non-refundable , except for the damaged/defective exception above.
