Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized items may require an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom → £2.99 flat rate | 3–5 business days

Europe (including Italy) → £9.99 flat rate | 5–10 business days

Rest of the World → £20 flat rate | 7–15 business days

 Free Shipping on orders over £50 (UK only). 

Free Shipping on order over £60 ( Europe only)

 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at giadasere@jolandi.uk with your order number and photos.

A replacement will be arranged once the damaged product is returned.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes. Jolandi is not liable for delays caused by customs or postal services.
